A person I admire

I’m going to said  that the person I admire Is Angelina Jolie.
Well I think everyone know who  is Angelina Jolie but that is not the reason for my admiration the reason is I really like his old movies and the way she act, now she is super famous and that sometimes becomes a problem for the actor because his characters are opaque by them, but I think she is very diversity whit his work I mean she can interpreted to a super-hot woman of action or be malefic in a Disney movie. But my favorite character is Lisa Rowe in girl interrupted.

Besides that is a philanthropist, ambassador of the ONU, She promotes various causes, including education, and women's and children’s rights, and is most noted for her advocacy on behalf of refugees. Also she is  one of the most influential and powerful people in the American entertainment industry.

 I think as a woman in her private life does a very good job, it is a little impossible to know the truth about her private life but by what she lets see is a good and careful mother she underwent a preventive double mastectomy after learning she had an 87% risk of developing breast cancer and she do  that for her ,obviously ,and for his children’s  maybe, in the past she was unstable until she had her first child so I think she is a  responsible and powerful woman now.

Summer Holidays

First of all you have to know that we only have one month of vacation (for the strike) so if I think right now what I want to do in that month are many things.

First I want to spend time with my family from Osorno (grandparents, cousins, uncles, etc.) All the summers we go there, and I have many young cousins so is fun go to the beach (Pullehue – Mantilhue) with them or to the river, maybe this year they'll invite me to the city at night, they have never done it because I’m the youngest 77. Besides I like visiting my grandma because she cooks so good and even her soup is good. But this year is going to be different because I always go at least a month but I don’t want pass all my summer there, is only a month so I want to have diversity in what I going to do. But going to someplace quieter than here is going to be good for chill out.

Besides that I want to go to the beach with my friends from Santiago, I don’t know where but that is irrelevant for me always and when we have what to eat and where to sleep. And I think is natural that I want to hang out with them because in the year is different for all this theme of the university and the stress (not only mine obviously) so when we are free of all that we are funnier and I think will be pass a better time together. 

Special Talents

Well in my personal case, I think I don’t have a real talent like be very good in art or speak other language, BUT I have many weirds and unusable talents! So let’s go to humiliate myself.

A talent I have is I can’t watch many series and movies in a short period of time and if I have Netflix I’m a very dangerous person because I can’t stop, It’s a problem to socialize but I have many topics of conversation. Also I read a lot so besides the histories of movies I have the stories of books in my mind.

Another talent I have is that  my nose it’s very soft, you can move it but that pisses me of so don’t, that it’s a talent with you born it so you have a gelatinous nose or you don’t, I’m a very lucky girl.

Following with my weirds talents I think a good one that I have is I understand people, that is really usable but although that many times I can’t empathize with them so I understand the way the people think to do some actions or say some things or the way they feel but I know if it was my case I would do in a different way, I thought of being a detective for that reason one time but I don’t like the institution so maybe one day I will be a private detective like Benedict Cumberbatch in Sherlock Holmes (see?, many series  in my mind).

Well and for finished with my stupid talents I can make an M with my tongue, I know,  SORRY FOR BEING SO COOL.

The best concert

The best concert I saw was Imagine Dragons in the Movistar Arena on April 12th of 2015.

I enjoyed listen this band because the lyrics are about many themes, so his melodies are diverse, that made the concert was interesting and with different atmospheres.

The concert was amazing, there is a video in YouTube of a song called Gold and the lighting in the concert was exactly like the video.

A funny anecdote about that concert was that In the first song with the jumps,  my phone fell over and I didn’t notice, and when I saw my cell it wasn’t there I get worried and sad because it was impossible for my phone  survive to the peoples jumps, so I left it and I decided enjoying the concert , and in the end  I asked my friends  to call me  and after many calls, a boy answered and told me he had my cell, so I joined with him and he told me he didn’t have his phone to film so his film everything with MY CELL ! Till now I don’t know if that was a bad luck or a good luck.

Movie review

I’m writing this a little bit late so in this times near to Halloween why don’t write about a horror movie like Sinister.

Sinister is a movie of supernatural horror directed by Scott Derricksson and released in the United States the October 12th of 2012, it’s about a writer Ethan Hawke how he moves to another house with his family to write about a murder of a family hanging in a tree in this new house, all without his family knowing about this events, eventually he discover a box full of home movies in his attic that contain disturbing pictures of deaths and in the story behind this movies is the point of all the film.

I think that what makes the movie so disturbing is the corruption of the innocence, and that makes everything more raw. I like suspense, so I appreciate that the movie has mysteries and not just the parts that scare the audience suddenly because that it’s easy.

Personally this is one of the few movies that have managed to scare me. In my case I have more scare of supernatural movies than serial killers movies so it was made for my linking.

My future job

I hadn’t thought about my future job in a long time, that’s because right now I only want to improve like an architect, but if you ask me, I always wanted to work in something related to cinema.

In the past I didn’t know that the architects could work in this, but in my investigations about the labor field I read about it and I loved it. I think is an interesting job because it involves many areas. I don’t care if a have to work in an outdoors job if it has relation with this.

About the salary I think is not much because in Chile art isn’t well paid and if I contemplate the money I think it’s very disappointing, but all that doesn’t matter because I would be working in something that captivates me .

About what I would do in this area, I think that director is the highest position I could aspire, because the way of filming something and trying to make what’s on your mind become real in the same quality that you imagine it, and at the same time make it beautiful, for me it’s impressive but that doesn’t mean that I would not work in another position like screenwriter or producer, because it is still interesting.

The cinematography of the Grand Budapest Hotel is one of my favorite for his colors and how surreal it becomes in some parts. I would like be in charge of that area in the cinema :)

A country I'd like to visit is China

I would like to visit China so much, because the culture is so different from our culture, and the architecture there is diverse and with so many colors that we don’t use normally in our constructions here in Chile. I’d like to learn more about the way they see the world and learn the language too because I think that would open my mind in a good way and it would become an easier task to learn other languages.

In general I love how much different it’s all there, the knowledge, the way of made things and specially the religion like Buddhism because it seems to me that it’s very interesting to learn about the influence of that in the architecture (Buddhist temple) like this

One thing I wouldn’t like is all the people there, like crowded places, I would feel so small in a city full of people and noise  everywhere but without considering that I think if I visit it someday it would be an awesome experience and it would help me in my vision like an architect.
